1. Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable processing fees.
Early Check-Out: If you decide to check out before the scheduled departure date, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining nights, depending on the terms of your booking and the notice given.
Booking Errors: If there was an error in your booking made by the hotel, such as incorrect room type or booking dates, you will be eligible for a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that the following conditions are non-refundable:

Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
